At Pretty Lavish, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not perfectly happy with your order, you can return items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached before securely sealing them in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your pre-paid return label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
